Nicola and Al
I love a wedding at a family property. There’s something about such a significant occasion taking place somewhere already imbued with so much history, so many special memories. This wedding felt like a sublime Gatsby inspired party, abundant with fresh flowers and heirloom details, complete with a swoon worthy Mercedes Coup and velvet jackets (plus a few Akubras). When Nicola and Al set a date, Nicola’s mum began planting a beautiful living flower garden to frame the couples bridal table, in the centre of the marquee. It made the most glorious backdrop on the night not to mention an incredible feat. of gardening, timed to absolute perfection.
